Lars R. Newsome, MD

Dr. Lars Newsome was named a “2018 — Top Doctor” in the annual San Diego Magazine “Physicians of Exceptional Excellence” survey.

Dr. Newsome was board certified in Anesthesiology in 1984. He was also board certified in Critical Care Medicine (Anesthesiology) in 1987 and Pain Management (Anesthesiology) in 1998. Dr. Newsome received his medical degree from the Indiana University School of Medicine in 1980. He served his internship specializing in Internal Medicine at the Emory University Hospital and served his residency specializing in Anesthesiology at the Emory University Hospital.
