Dr. Kevin Toliver was named a “2018 — Top Doctor” in the annual San Diego Magazine “Physicians of Exceptional Excellence” survey.
Dr. Toliver received his medical degree from the University of Southern California School of Medicine in 1991. He went on to complete both an internship in Internal Medicine and a residency in Anesthesiology at University of Southern California Medical Center in Los Angeles. He served his Pain Medicine Fellowship at Los Angeles County USC Medical Center.
Dr. Toliver specializes in Anesthesiology helping patients with pain management. He believes in a more personal approach to patient care providing direct access to physicians and staff members for all patients.
Dr. Kevin Toliver is certified by the American Board of Anesthesiology.
