Dr. Evan Vapnek received his medical degree from the State University of New York, Downstate Medical School in 1993. He later completed a general Surgery internship and residency at University of California, San Francisco. He served another residency in urology at New York State University and completed a Transplantation fellowship at the Cleveland Clinic Foundation in 1999.
Dr. Vapnek specializes in urology and is one of San Diego’s top laparoscopic surgeons. Besides his countless presentations and publications, he has received many awards such as the frequent Award for Highest Score on the AUA In-Training Exam
