Heritage Clinic

Heritage Clinic specializes in providing mental health services to the older adult and senior community. They offer a wide range of services, including mental health and substance abuse screening, in-home and outpatient psychotherapy, psychological and neuropsychological assessments, family and caregiver support, peer counseling, and more. Additionally, they operate the Community Assistance Program for Seniors (CAPS), which is an Alzheimer’s daycare center.
