Graves’ Disease and Thyroid Foundation

Graves’ Disease and Thyroid Foundation is a nonprofit organization that serves a source of support for the Graves’ disease and thyroid disorder community. Their patient programs include a toll free hotline, counseling, physician referral, and bulletin board. The Foundation also provides support groups that offer information, as well as psychological and emotional assistance to Graves’ patients and family members.
