County of San Diego Public Guardian

The County of San Diego Public Guardian offers official investigation of conservatorship matters. The Public Guardian serves as a legally appointed guardian of individuals who are determined by the courts as being incapable of taking care and making decisions for themselves. The Public Guardian maybe chosen as Conservator of the Estate or Conservator of the Person depending on the independence level of the conservatee.
