Braille Institute San Diego

The Braille Institute is a nonprofit organization that strives to create a more fulfilling life for those with blindness and severe sight loss. The Braille Institute’s San Diego Center offers free services to San Diego and Imperial County residents who are visually impaired. They offer cost-free educational, social, and recreational programs as well as youth and adult classes, library services, seminars, volunteer opportunities, and rehabilitation consultations. The Braille Institute’s San Diego Center is located in the University Town Center area.
