Oral Contraception
If you are a woman aged between 16-50 years old and you require contraception, you may be eligible to participate in the E4 Freedom clinical research study.
This study is evaluating how safe and effective the pill is at preventing pregnancy, and what periods are like during the menstrual cycle while taking it.
To be eligible, you must:
- Be a heterosexual active female
- Require contraception for at least one year
- Be a non-smoker (if over the age of 35)
- Be in good physical and mental health
- Additional criteria may apply

Bacterial Vaginosis
Women’s Health Care Research is conducting a clinical trial of an investigational medicine for bacterial vaginosis. If you are a female 18 years of age or older, in good general health, and have symptoms of bacterial vaginosis, you may be eligible for this study.
Symptoms of bacterial vaginosis include:
- Abnormal thin white or gray vaginal discharge
- Pain, itching or burning in the vagina
- Vaginal odor
Women who qualify for the study will receive:
- Study-related medical care at no cost
- Study drug (investigational medicine or placebo) at no cost
- Compensation for your time and travel

IUD Study
Do you currently have a Mirena IUD?
You may qualify for this study if you:
- Are 18-35 years old
- Have had the Mirena IUD for at least 4 years and 6 months and no more than 5 years
Those that qualify may receive compensation of up to $1,000 for their time and travel.
