  4. San Diego Symphony’s A Young Person’s Guide To The Orchestra

    This fabulous, kid-friendly introduction to the basics of the orchestra explores how people have created and used instruments to tell stories throughout history.
  5. Hullabaloo Family Market
    When: February 4, 2019
    Where: Heritage Ranch, Encinitas
    Cost: Free (donations appreciated)
    Ages: All ages
    The family-friendly live music duo Hullabaloo delights audiences the first Monday of every month at Heritage Ranch. In addition to the goofy live jams, there will be arts & crafts, face painting, food and lots of family-friendly vendors.
  6. Circus Vargas – The Greatest of Ease!
    When: February 7-March 18, 2019
    Where: Mission Valley, National City and Escondido
    Cost: $15 and up
    Ages: All ages
    Circus Vargas returns to San Diego County on February 7 to celebrate its 50th anniversary extravaganza of acrobats, daredevils and flying trapezes! Discount tickets are available on Goldstar.
  7. Oceanside Valentine’s Week: Movie By The Pier
    When: February 16, 2019
    Where: Junior Seau Pier Amphitheatre at Oceanside Pier
    Cost: Free
    Ages: All ages
    Join your friends and neighbors for a special screening of Disney’s heart-warming family classic “101 Dalmatians.” The movie will begin just after sunset, around 6pm. Pack some healthy snacks, chairs and blankets and enjoy!
  8. 5K Paw Walk in the San Diego Botanic Garden

    Where: San Diego Botanic Garden

    Register yourself and your best furry friend to walk in the 5K Paw Walk and support Rancho Coastal Humane Society and SDBG! This wonderful family-friendly event to give back continues to grow every annually, with over 600 attendees last year.
