SD Teen Donates 3D-Printed Prosthetic Hands

Needy children all over the globe are receiving donated prosthetic hands, thanks to San Diego teen Meghana Reddy.

At just 15 years old, Meghana provides prosthetics created by 3D printing technology through her nonprofit organization Limbs with Love. She credits her father, Dr. Joseph Reddy as a big part of her inspiration. She says, “My father is a physician, so I’ve always been exposed to and interested in medicine and medical technology.”
