University Care Center’s smaller San Diego facility allows the experienced staff the ability to ensure a more personalized experience for each patient. Whether the individual is recovering from surgery, injury, or a serious illness, University Care Center is committed to creating a comfortable, nurturing, and welcoming environment for both short-term and long-term needs. The facility is proud to accept visitors every day of the week, they provide 24-hour onsite RNs, as well as nursing, rehabilitation, and social services.

All 87 beds at University Care Center are Medicare/MediCal certified, and each room offers private phone lines, cable televisions, and Wi-fi access.
