The Elizabeth Hospice

The Elizabeth Hospice is a nonprofit hospice provider that offers medical, emotional and spiritual care to both adults and children. Hospice supportive care includes physicians trained in hospice care, nurses trained in pain control and symptom management, hospice aides, social workers, volunteers, and a 24 hour support system.
