Pearson Center for Alcoholism & Addiction Research at the Scripps Research Institute uses biomedical research and new clinical treatments for alcohol and drug addiction treatment. They use traditional treatment, such as psychological counseling and group therapy, with clinical and pharmaceuticals to enhance understanding and outcome of treatments.
