La Mesa Healthcare Center employs skilled nursing staff to assist those recovering from surgery or illness and require concentrated rehabilitation and/or continuous care. Rehabilitation services, skilled nursing services, and social services are all available, and admissions can be processed 24/7. All 90 beds at La Mesa Healthcare Center are Medicare/Medicaid certified, and there are RNs on duty 24 hours a day.

Each resident is given a personalized therapy plan to meet their specific needs, ensuring that every individual receives the personalized care they need to feel comfortable and cared for.
