Heritage Clinic

Heritage Clinic is a mental health care provider that caters to the elderly and senior community. They offer a wide range of services, such as mental health and substance abuse screening, in-home and outpatient psychotherapy, family and caregiver support, peer counseling, psychological and neuropsychological assessment, and much more. They also operate the Community Assistance Program for Seniors (CAPS), an Alzheimer’s daycare center.
