Heritage Clinic

Heritage Clinic provides mental health services to the older adult and senior community. They have a variety of services, including mental health and substance abuse screening, in-home and outpatient psychotherapy, psychological and neuropsychological assessment, family and caregiver support, peer counseling, and much more. They also have the Community Assistance Program for Seniors (CAPS) which is an Alzheimer’s daycare center.
