Del Mar Certified Farmers Market
The Del Mar Certified Farmers’ Market was created by seven Del Mar residents in 1986 and is the second longest-running market in the region. The organizers hoped to reinforce and promote the concept of healthy living by making farm-fresh produce available in the community.
Vendors sell a variety of products, including but not limited to: organic, pesticide-free fruits and vegetables, eggs, cheese, seafood, and fresh flowers. Prepared meals, juices, and treats are also available for purchase. View a full list of vendors.
The Del Mar Farmers’ Market is currently the only completely non-profit market in San Diego County. According to organizers, it has given over $200,000 back to the community through charitable donations.
This market is held every Saturday from 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM. It is located at Upper Shores Park: 225 9th Street, Del Mar.
