Casa Pacifica Adult Day Health Care Center

Casa Pacifica Adult Day Health Care Center provides community-based adult services to seniors and those with mental and/or physical impairments that limit daily living activities. Their services offered are nursing services, rehabilitation services, social services, social activities, nutrition services, psychological services, transportation, and more. Casa Pacifica’s transportation services are available to and from the Center for those qualified, and other transportation needs can be arranged if necessary.
