Canaan Home Care is a family owned, not for profit organization. Since 1982, Canaan has been delivering the highest level of home care in our community. Canaan Home Care offers all levels of care: basic home care; highly skilled care; case management, help with Physical Therapy, transportation and much more. Canaan Home Care accommodates all schedule requests, from a single day of service to long term care. We can provide help on the day of request.
