California Telephone Access Program

California Telephone Access Program (CTAP) is a component from the Deaf and Disabled Telecommunications Program (DDTP). Their goal is to provide telephone communications to Californians who may have difficulty using the telephone. The CTAP offers free specialized phones that have the ability to make calls easier to dial and hear.
