American Cancer Society

American Cancer Society offers the Lifeline Transportation Program, which is funded by the Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Florida. This program provides transportation to cancer patients to and from their treatment appointments. American Cancer Society determines the needs and eligibility of each patient, and they work with a counselor from the Lifeline program to arrange needed transportation.
