Alzheimer’s Association

The Alzheimer’s Association is a nonprofit health organization in Alzheimer’s support, care, and research. San Diego/Imperial Chapter offers various free programs and services for communities affected by Alzheimer have and related dementias. Services include 24/7 helpline, care consultations, support groups, education, family orientation programs, and much more.
