Alzheimer’s Association

Alzheimer’s Association is a nonprofit health organization in Alzheimer’s support, care, and research. San Diego/Imperial Chapter offers various free programs and services for communities affected by Alzheimer have and related dementias. Services include 24/7 helpline, care consultations, support groups, education, family orientation programs, and much more. Support groups consists of online message board and chat rooms. Support groups are provided to caregivers and those dealing with Alzheimer’s disease.
