Access & Crisis Line offers crisis intervention and assessment services in San Diego. Licensed clinicians assist with calls, which are confidential, free of charge, and available 24 hours a day & 7 days a week. Access & Crisis Line receive call related to suicide prevention, crisis intervention, and alcohol & drug support services. They also can assist with 150 languages with their language interpreter services.
