Tipping the scale at 467 pounds, Dr. Nick Yphantides was inspired to focus on his own health after battling testicular cancer. He decided to embark on a lifestyle change that would drop him to about 200 pounds, and now he’s using his role as San Diego county’s chief medical officer to inspire others to do the same.
