Dr. Richard Thunder received his medical degree from the Stanford University School of Medicine. He then completed an Orthopaedic Surgery residency at Stanford University Medical Center. Dr. Thunder also completed an Orthopaedic Surgery, Spine fellowship at Stanford University Hospital.
Dr. Thunder specializes in Orthopaedic Surgery. He specializes in treatment of spinal disorders with an emphasis in general orthopaedic care including trauma and joint replacement. Dr. Thunder is a former Chief of Orthopaedics at Scripps Memorial Hospital, La Jolla.
