Dr. Patrick Blake grew up in Cleveland, Ohio where he graduated from the Ohio Wesleyan University with a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology. He attended medical school at the prestigious Cleveland Clinic Lerner College of Medicine. During his time at the university he researched rare dermatologic diseases at the Howard Hughes Medical Institute/ National Institute of health, where he developed his passion for dermatology.
Dr. Blake completed his internship at the University of Pittsburgh Medical Center and his Residency in dermatology at the University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center.
Here in San Diego, Dr. Blake teaches at UCSD as a voluntary clinical instructor. Dr. Blake serves on several professional societies and on his spare time enjoys the company of his friends and family. He is currently welcoming new patients.
