Nathan C. Hammel, MD

Dr. Nathan Hammel earned his Bachelor of Science from the University of Delaware, where he was a student in the Honors Program. In 1999, he earned his Doctor of Medicine degree from Jefferson Medical College in Philadelphia before completing his residency at the Naval Medical Hospital here in San Diego. He went on to complete his fellowship in Orthopaedic Oncology at the University of Miami Hospital before returning to San Diego as an Orthopaedic Surgeon.

Dr. Hammel specializes in Orthopedic Surgery, and is fluent in both English and Spanish. He is currently welcoming new patients.
