Michael E. Hachadorian, MD

Michael Hachadorian, MD, is an orthopedic surgeon specializing in shoulder and elbow care and orthopaedic trauma. His clinical practice includes the management of fractures, shoulder arthritis, rotator cuff disease, and complex upper-extremity conditions using advanced arthroscopic, minimally invasive, and joint-replacement techniques. He has particular expertise in primary and revision shoulder arthroplasty, ream-and-run procedures, arthroscopic stabilization—including bone-block reconstruction for shoulder instability—and the treatment of upper-extremity trauma.

Dr. Hachadorian’s philosophy of care is grounded in compassion, individualized treatment planning, and shared decision-making. As an ex- collegiate pitcher at San Diego State University for coach Tony Gwynn, Dr. Hachadorian has an interest in taking care of throwing athletes of all ages. Dr. Hachadorian is a San Diego native and in his off time, enjoys spending time with his family and two dogs, surfing, golfing, and enjoying the outdoors in Southern California.
