Dr. Michael Bongiovanni received his medical degree from the Uniformed Services University of Health Sciences in 1985. He completed both his internship in General Surgery and his residency in Orthopaedic Surgery at the Naval Medical Center in San Diego. He is also a fellowship trained Orthopaedic Trauma specialist dedicated to providing comprehensive surgical and nonsurgical musculoskeletal care. Dr. Bongiovanni strives to use minimally invasive procedures whenever possible. He is certified under the American Board of Orthopaedic Surgery.
