Dr. Matthew Siow is a fellowship-trained orthopaedic sports medicine surgeon with a passion for helping patients return to the activities that define their lives. He completed his orthopaedic surgery residency at UC San Diego Health and advanced sports medicine fellowship training at Cedars-Sinai Kerlan-Jobe Orthopaedic Clinic, where he served as an assistant team physician for professional organizations including the Los Angeles Dodgers, Rams, Angels, Galaxy, and Anaheim Ducks. A former NCAA Division I tennis player and team captain at Princeton University, Dr. Siow brings firsthand insight into the physical and mental demands of athletics. He has authored more than 20 peer-reviewed publications and received multiple national research awards, reflecting his commitment to advancing evidence-based care. Proficient in Spanish and holding both an M.D. and M.B.A. from NYU, he combines surgical expertise, clear communication, and a patient-centered approach to deliver high-level care to athletes and active individuals alike.
