Dr. Jose R. Pena was an assistant professor of medicine at the New York Medical College in Valhalla, NY for two years. He won California Businessman of the Year by the NRCC’s Business Advisory Council, and was the California chairman for the Physicians Advisory Board for the National Republican Committee.
