Dr. Damion J. Valletta received his medical degree from Des Moines University Osteopathic Medical Center in 1999. He went on to complete his Orthopaedic Surgery Residency at St. Vincent Mercy Medical Center and an Orthopaedic Sports Medicine Fellowship at Pennsylvania Hospital in 2005.
Dr. Valletta specializes in Orthopaedic Surgery helping patients with immediate or chronic issues of the musculoskeletal system. Dr.Valletta travels internationally as a team physician for the United States Soccer Federation and serves as a team physician for local high schools and universities in the San Diego area. Dr. Valletta is the Orthopedic Sports Medicine consultant to the Sporting Club and lectures regularly to the Personal Training staff on topics in the field of sports medicine and injury prevention.
